Vybudovali sme sociálky, novú elektroinštaláciu, kanalizáciu, plastové okná, sprchy pre futbalistov, strechu, oplotili areál, nové striedačky atď. Nečakáme žiadne pochvalné príspevky a reči, vložené investície sa budeme samozrejme snažiť dostať späť zo zisku prevádzky ale bude to záležitosť minimálne 10 - 15 rokov pri súčasnom tempe. Preto poprosím občanov anonymov a neanonymov, ktorý sa rozhodnú kritizovať neakú osobu, nech si vytvoria fórum témy s jej názvom a nezaťažujú ľudí ktorí pre obec niečo robia, chcú robiť a budú robiť. Chcel by som reagovať na anonymné aj neanonymné príspevky na tejto čoraz populárnejšej stránke. Myslím že to bol dobrý krok od obce, keď sa podujala niečo takéto vytvoriť. Má to však 2 stránky mince. Človek sa dozvie o sebe veľa vecí, ktoré vôbec nemusia byť pravdivé, a je na každom jednotlivcovi ako na ne zareaguje.
Ja zareagujem iba na pár vecí z množstva, ktoré mi utkveli v pamäti.
1. Prenájom ihriska za 1 korunu ročne - v roku 2005 mal každý občan obce túto možnosť využiť, bolo viac záujemcov no stanovené podmienky zmluvy im nevyhovovali.
A to hlavne a, úhrada nákladov všetkých energií aj pre potreby futbalového oddielu
b, zabezpečenie priestorov pre fungovanie futbalového oddielu
c, úhrada dane z pozemkov a stavieb
Filozofia podnikania na ihrisku je daná od začiatku zmluvného vzťahu s obcou.
S Mirom sme sa dohodli na každoročnej investície vo výške koncoročného zisku.
To sa nám nedarí dodržiavať, lebo výška investícií do areálu vždy presiahne výšku zisku. Každý súdny občan to môže vidieť na vlastné oči. Budova bola v kritickom stave, keď sme ju preberali. Vybudovali sme sociálky, novú elektroinštaláciu, kanalizáciu, plastové okná, sprchy pre futbalistov, strechu, oplotili areál, nové striedačky atď. Proste to boli nevyhnutné veci na skrášlení celého areálu. Detské ihrisko nespomeniem zámerne, lebo na to sa poskladali občania tejto obce. A každoročne prispievame do rozpočtu futbalového oddielu ako najväčší prispievateľ po dotácii z obecného úradu. Nečakáme žiadne pochvalné príspevky a reči, vložené investície sa budeme samozrejme snažiť dostať späť zo zisku prevádzky ale bude to záležitosť minimálne 10 - 15 rokov pri súčasnom tempe. Preto poprosím občanov anonymov a neanonymov, ktorý sa rozhodnú kritizovať neakú osobu, nech si vytvoria fórum témy s jej názvom a nezaťažujú ľudí ktorí pre obec niečo robia, chcú robiť a budú robiť. Ak má niekto ďaľšie otázky na prevádzku športového areálu, prípadne námety a rady ochotne si ich tu prečítam a na zmysluplné otázky odpoviem.
