Poslal(a) Obecný úrad - 25 marec 2008

Dear Visitor,

Let me welcome you on the homepage of Dlhá nad Váhom. Our village (literal translation Longville) is the smallest in Šala county. The village counts 890 citizens, 80 percent of Hungarian 20 percent of Slovak nationality.

Dlhá lies on the riverside of the river Váh, in a pretty countryside. During the summer it offers various possibilities of entertainment, including swimming, sunbathing, fishing and hiking. The water reservoir of Králová is also nearby.

Enjoy learning about our village. I hope you’ll visit us soon and you will have a pleasant stay with us.
